Refund policy

We will take back unused products only for 30 days from date of receipt.  Contact warranty@millertoolandaccessory.com for return authorization and return shipping address.  Returns without a return authorization will not be refunded.  We do not pay return shipping for any product returns, unless on inspection we determine the initial shipment to be defective.  We do charge a return handling fee if we paid or subsidized freight to ship the item to you.  No used merchandise will be refunded.
