Product Warranty Information
Limited Warranty
Miller Tool and Accessory, LLC ("Miller Tool and Accessory") warrants The Battery Holster (the "Product") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product ("End User").

Performance Disclaimer: Miller Tool and Accessory makes no representation or warranty that the Product will perform in any specific circumstance. The company, its agents, or assigns do not represent or warrant that the Product may not be compromised or circumvented or that the Product will prevent personal injury, loss of life or property, or damage, or that the Product will provide the protection for which the End User intends.

Implied Warranties Disclaimer: Miller Tool and Accessory expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The End User acknowledges that any affirmation of fact or promise made by the company or its agents, servants, or employees shall not be deemed to create an express warranty.

Limited Remedy: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Miller Tool and Accessory within the Warranty Period, Miller Tool and Accessory will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defect at no charge, provide a replacement Product, or issue a refund for the purchase price of the Product. The replacement Product may be new or refurbished and is subject to the same limited warranty as the original Product.

Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover any damage or defect resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature. This warranty also does not cover any third-party products used in conjunction with the Product.
Discontinuation of Use
If the End User disagrees with any of the terms outlined in this warranty overview, including the limitations and disclaimers, the End User must immediately discontinue use of the Product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, the End User must contact Miller Tool and Accessory at warranty@millertoolandaccessory.com within the Warranty Period and provide proof of purchase. Miller Tool and Accessory will provide further instructions for returning the Product or resolving the issue.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MILLER TOOL AND ACCESSORY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER OR NOT MILLER TOOL AND ACCESSORY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law
This limited warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Effective Date
This limited warranty is effective as of March 1, 2024 and applies to all Products purchased on or after this date.
